Job summary

MSPbots seeks a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Ads & AI-First Marketing) to own end-to-end marketing including paid ads, website, content, email, and HubSpot automation. You’ll lead product launches and manage one designer, deciding who to target and what to say, while using AI to test faster.

You’ll work remotely from the Philippines with a schedule aligned to Philippine time, contributing to a fast-moving AI company focused on MSPs and IT services.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in marketing with B2B tech experience.
• Experience building campaigns from scratch and targeting.
• Hands-on with Google/LinkedIn ads and HubSpot automation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Run LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit ads targeting IT company owners and leaders.
• Set up tracking to show sign-ups and demos; fix discrepancies.
• Report cost per lead, clicks, and bookings; optimize as needed.
• Lead product launches and campaigns across ads, landing pages, emails.
• Test new channels and formats as the company scales.
