Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Experience Officer to shape how customers and employees interact with AI-powered solutions. You will gather insights, run user research, map journeys, and drive adoption while ensuring governance and ethical standards are met.

You will collaborate with business and tech partners to deliver intuitive AI experiences, measure adoption, and communicate insights that inform product decisions. This role offers a chance to influence AI strategy within a banking environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data/engineering field or related discipline.
3+ years in AI, data science, user research, or UX-related roles.
Experience supporting AI or ML initiatives that improve user interactions.
Strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights.

Responsibilities

Design and improve user experiences for AI-driven solutions and initiatives.
Gather feedback, usage data, and behavioral insights to spot enhancements.
Participate in user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and pilots.
Support implementation, testing, and validation of AI tools and UX improvements.
Collaborate with business teams to translate user needs into AI solutions.
Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to gauge effectiveness.
Prepare reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations for decision-making.
Coordinate pilots, proofs-of-concept, and controlled releases of AI.
