Beepo Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer for a remote, day-shift position in Central Luzon region. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation that enhances business operations and processes.

You will build, integrate, and optimize AI agents with Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, and other tools, while ensuring security and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of AI programming and automation experience, with strong API and integration skills, and

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in AI programming, automation development, or related field.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
• Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows and AI-powered solutions.
• Experience with OpenClaw or similar software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents to support operations.
• Build, maintain, and optimize AI agents for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate AI with business systems and third-party platforms to create automated workflows.
• Develop integrations between AI agents, Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, and other tools.
• Analyze requirements and translate into AI-driven automation strategies and solutions.
• Monitor, test, troubleshoot, and improve AI workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms to recommend approaches.
• Create documentation, process maps, and system specs for AI projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Perform system audits, maintenance, and performance reviews of AI solutions.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing AI agents.

Your Role

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and intelligent agents from the ground up to support business operations and process improvement
• Build, maintain, and optimize AI agents to ensure reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with various business systems, applications, and third-party platforms to create seamless automated workflows
• Develop and manage integrations between AI agents, Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, and other relevant business tools
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven automation strategies and technical solutions
• Continuously monitor, test, troubleshoot, and improve AI workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
• Implement best practices for AI system architecture, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management
• Ensure data security, privacy, access control, and compliance standards are maintained across all AI automation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools, including OpenClaw and alternative solutions, to recommend the most effective approaches
• Create technical documentation, process maps, and system specifications for AI automation projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
• Perform regular system audits, maintenance, and performance reviews to ensure the ongoing stability and effectiveness of AI solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing AI agents and automation systems
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in AI programming, automation development, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
• Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, or other Large Language Model (LLM) platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Strong understanding of automation workflows, system integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
• Experience with OpenClaw is highly desirable or similar software
