Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc is seeking an intermediate-to-senior engineer to bridge AI, data, and people. You will coach client analysts, model data with AI assistance, and set up trusted natural-language interfaces to Snowflake or similar. Strong backend data/integration skills are assumed and necessary for success.

You will also support the delivery work behind customer projects, handling data integration tasks and enabling executives to ask questions of their data using NL analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Snowflake Cortex (Analyst / Search) or other NL-to-SQL or semantic-layer experience
• dbt and Python proficiency
• Experience setting up or evaluating self-service / NL analytics for non-technical users
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience coaching or enabling others to adopt new tools — not just delivering for them

Responsibilities

• Help people get started with AI by showing what is possible and guiding early adopters
• AI-enable client analysts by mapping, profiling, and cleaning data and building integrations
• Stand up natural-language analytics for executives with Snowflake-like interfaces and validate results
• Support delivery work behind customer projects with hands-on data and integration engineering
