You will engage customers with live demonstrations, explain product features, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service.

You will leverage your tech interest, demonstrate confidently, and represent the company professionally in busy retail environments, including mall hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, product promotion, sales inventory, or customer service.
• You are comfortable conducting live demonstrations of AI-powered products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate AI educational robots to potential customers.
• Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in an engaging and confident manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure sufficient inventory.
• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Represent the company professionally at all times in retail and mall environments.
