Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking a Head of Technology Transformation to lead CIO-sponsored change programs across Technology. You will translate priorities into concrete plans, drive adoption, and embed improvements into BAU.

The role focuses on strengthening technology delivery, operating-model changes, AI-enabled productivity, and cross-functional coordination with business functions. As a senior leader, you will align initiatives with enterprise architecture, oversee risk and benefits, and

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in technology transformation or leadership.
Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, agile delivery and IT operations.
Experience with AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of CIO-sponsored technology transformation initiatives.
Convert objectives into clear plans, milestones, ownership and success metrics.
Drive adoption and embed improvements into day-to-day BAU operations.
Coordinate with Technology Leads to ensure portfolio accountability and delivery.
Track outcomes, risks and benefits; report to CIO and leadership forums.
