Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Senior Python Developer in the Philippines to build and scale AI-driven software solutions. You will drive technical deliverables, develop code, and collaborate with a global team to implement business-driven requests and upgrades.

You will engage in QA, documentation, and acceptance criteria creation, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python 3.12 and SQL development.
• Frontend development using React (or Angular).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, documentation, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, QA, and implement business-driven requests and enhancements.
• Provide support and maintenance of platforms owned by the team and prepare documentation.
• Help team create and maintain acceptance criteria for user stories and improve UX, performance and bug handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
