Job summary

Trax Technologies seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core product areas. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to translate user needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will conduct user and market research, prototype concepts, and drive agile delivery from discovery through launch and adoption, using AI-assisted tools to speed insights while maintaining human verification.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in agile product management.
Fluent use of AI tools in day-to-day product work including research synthesis, specs drafting, prototyping, and data analysis.
Ability to write good problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics.
Experience producing mockups and interactive prototypes using a design system and modern prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and communicate product vision and strategy.
Own and maintain product roadmaps and coordinate with stakeholders.
Conduct user and market research to understand personas and segments.
Partner with design to create low- and mid-fidelity prototypes and ensure alignment with the design system.
Lead agile delivery with engineering, prioritization, and KPI tracking.
Lead product launches with cross-functional teams and drive adoption.
