Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in SaaS.
• Extensive experience across the HubSpot platform: CRM, content, sales tools, automation and workflows.
• Experience using AI to gain marketing insights and scale outputs (e.g., Claude, Apollo, ClayAI).
• Experience with nurturing platforms such as Instantly.
• Fast learner, embraces AI-powered tools and new tech to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Outbound lead generation: build ICP-matched lead lists, enrich data, execute email sequences, report ROI.
• CRM and marketing operations: maintain data accuracy, deduplicate, segment, and route leads.
• Create emails, nurtures, and automated workflows for marketing programs and lifecycle campaigns.
• Report on marketing performance, attribution, funnel health, and data quality.
