Qualifications

• Portfolio of multimedia learning assets with emphasis on video and interactive or simulation-style experiences.
• Ability to create modern digital learning deliverables, including video-based learning and scenario-based practice.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to multimedia design.
• Strong stakeholder management and incorporating feedback professionally.
• Storytelling ability to turn complex information into clear learning narratives.
• Proficiency with multimedia production tools and basic HTML literacy.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows to prototype and refine interactive experiences.
• Strong visual design skills and clear communication.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices (WCAG) .

Responsibilities

• Design and produce video-first learning, motion graphics, interactive modules, and simulation-style practice experiences (e.g., branching scenarios, guided decision practice, clickable walkthroughs)
• Lead end-to-end development from discovery through launch readiness, including scripting, storyboarding, prototyping, production, quality checks, and accessibility validation
• Prototype interactive learning assets rapidly using AI-assisted workflows and lightweight coding practices (for example, rapid “vibe coding” approaches)
• Build interactive practice activities that include clear guidance, meaningful feedback loops, and opportunities for realistic decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify performance outcomes, audience needs, constraints, and success measures
• Translate complex information into engaging narratives, visuals, and practice opportunities that support on‑the‑job performance
• Apply learning science principles pragmatically (for example, managing cognitive load and designing effective practice and feedback)
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, independently driving timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communications
• Iterate based on feedback and light testing to improve clarity, usability, and learner engagement
• Ensure learning outputs meet accessibility and inclusive design expectations (for example, captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, and color contrast)
