Job summary

Octal Philippines Incorporated in the Philippines is hiring two Full-Stack Developers, Data Applications to build backend data pipelines and a self-service layer. You will own end-to-end code for Python pipelines, Snowflake workflows, REST API integrations, and web UI features used by multiple internal teams.

The team operates with AI-assisted development, using Claude and other tools to accelerate delivery under tight deadlines, while ensuring production-grade quality and clear test coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development with production code ownership.
• Solid Snowflake SQL skills including joins, CTEs and window functions.
• Designing data pipelines from scratch on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3).
• REST API experience with OAuth2 and pagination.
• Full-stack capability: Python backend and HTML/JS frontend.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agentic tools.
