Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring for a client-facing technical support engineer in the Philippines (Pasig area). You will work directly with a senior engineer from day one, handling tier-2 client issues and diagnosing root causes across logs and data.

You'll demo the platform to clients, follow code traces in C#/.NET or TypeScript/React, and use AI tools to accelerate investigations. A flexible schedule with US Eastern Time overlap is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical, client-facing role such as support engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or QA.
• Comfortable debugging at the log level and reading JSON/data values.
• Ability to follow C#/.NET or TypeScript/React code to determine root cause.

Responsibilities

• Dig into support tickets and client calls to identify real issues.
• Trace problems through logs, traces, and data to the codebase.
• Demo the platform live to show clients how to configure it for their workflows.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up debugging of code and data.
• Turn recurring issues into permanent fixes and reduce repeat tickets.
• Write clear tickets and documentation to avoid miscommunication.
• Flag cross-system issues and escalate when needed.
