Straive is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge Finance and Technology for an AI and automation adoption project in the Finance & Treasury domain. The role involves designing and validating AI-driven POCs, handling large SQL/Python data sets, and collaborating across Finance, Treasury, and Tech to ensure deployed solutions align with business needs.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of hands-on SQL and Python experience, a 4-year degree in Computing/IT/Engineering, and a strong ability

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in Computing, IT, or Engineering.
• 5–6 years hands-on experience using SQL and Python.
• Tech-savvy with AI tools, automation platforms (RPA, low-code/no-code, scripting), and rapid learning.
• Collaborative with cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Finance, Treasury, and Tech.
• Analytical and able to translate complex financial processes into solutions.
• Builder mindset, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication to bridge business and technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and iterate on POCs and prototypes using AI and automation.
• Handle large data sets with SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes and desired outcomes.
• Validate solutions with business users and refine based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to Tech, ensuring scalability and deployment readiness.
• Act as a bridge between Finance/Treasury and Tech to foster cross-functional collaboration.
