Job summary

optiBPO is seeking a Demand Planner to optimize inventory and forecasting across multiple warehouses. You will forecast demand, manage purchase orders, and balance stock between Perth/Brisbane and local warehouses while ensuring high order fulfilment.

The role emphasizes hands-on ERP usage (Dynamics 365 BC) and Netstock, with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration with global teams. This is an on-site position in Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• A degree in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, finance, or accountancy.
• Experience in demand planning, replenishment, or inventory analysis in a multi-location wholesale or distribution business.
• Hands-on with an ERP and forecasting tools; Dynamics 365 Business Central and Netstock are strong advantages.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capability; comfortable merging datasets to derive insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to coordinate with overseas factories and partners.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and replenishment; forecast demand and advise on orders and quantities.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and manage them through receipt.
• Manage product lifecycle, wind down declines, scale ups, and flag slow-moving stock.
• Allocate imported stock between locations based on customer ship-to needs.
• Run bulk transfers to balance warehouses and improve full-location fulfillment.
