Job summary

Booth is seeking an AI-first content specialist to lead the creation of enhanced product content across multiple retailers. You will design AI-driven workflows, supervise a visual content team, and ensure accurate, on-brand copy for 10–20 new SKUs monthly with retailer-specific requirements.

You will plan your work, validate outputs, and drive quality from draft to upload, with opportunities to advance into a Content Marketing Lead role, under guidance from the CMO.

Qualifications

• AI-first approach to content work and workflows built with AI tools.
• Native-level written English with sharp editing skills.
• Hands-on experience producing enhanced content for major retailers (Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc).
• 3+ years of ecommerce product content creation (titles, bullets, descriptions).
• Tech-forward mindset with ability to automate repetitive tasks and work with structured product data.
• Strong Excel skills (TEXTJOIN, CONCAT, LOOKUP) and familiarity with Figma or Canva; comfortable with AI image tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI content toolkit including assistants, prompt libraries and spreadsheet workflows for bulk SKU content production.
• Apply AI for quality control and research, ensuring compliance with retailer rules and character limits.
• Plan, direct and approve work of the visual content team and coordinate with assets for upload.
• Produce retailer-specific content for new SKUs and variants across multiple channels, with AI-drafted copy refined by hand.
• Coordinate content planning in Asana and document repeatable processes to scale output.
