Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an experienced Data Analytics and AI Supervisor to drive data analysis, modelling, and AI-enabled analytics tools for market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting. You will translate business questions into practical technical solutions and leverage generative AI to automate workflows and improve insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, AI, automation, or related analytics tools.
Experience guiding specialists or analysts; cross-team coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis, modelling, and research to support market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting.
Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and quantitative assessments for strategic planning and decision-making.
Translate business questions into structured analysis, assumptions, findings, and recommendations.
Develop and support AI-enabled analytics tools, dashboards, and internal platforms to improve research and reporting.
Apply generative AI and prompt engineering to improve document review and knowledge management workflows.
Clean, validate, organize, and integrate data from various sources with quality checks and documentation.
Coordinate with the team lead and stakeholders to align outputs with business needs.
