Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. This contractor role leverages your accounting judgment to improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

You will work remotely, worldwide, with flexible scheduling, evaluating outputs, reviewing statements, and ensuring accuracy across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting knowledge across financial reporting and ERP systems.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
