• Proven experience in account management, content production, or related creative/marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Lead projects from briefing to final delivery, making sure all outputs meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present campaign proposals, quotations, and performance reports to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend agency services that support client needs.
• Ensure that all feedback and revisions are accurately reflected in deliverables.
• Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, and production partners when necessary.
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments relevant to client campaigns.
