Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience as an AI Developer, Software Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
• Strong experience developing AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
• Experience developing web applications, internal business tools, and workflow automation solutions
• Experience integrating APIs, AI services, cloud platforms, and third-party business applications
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, and modern development frameworks
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Pinecone, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI agents is highly preferred
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred
• Strong understanding of software architecture, application security, and scalable system design
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple development projects independently

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered web applications and internal business tools
• Design and execute an AI strategy to improve business operations and productivity
• Build custom AI workflows that automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks
• Develop AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge bases, and internal support tools
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms into existing business systems
• Develop AI-powered document processing, proposal generation, project management, and reporting tools
• Build internal applications that improve estimating, project tracking, documentation, customer communication, and operational workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with existing software, CRMs, ERPs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Develop APIs and backend services to support AI applications
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for AI implementation across departments
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend new solutions
• Optimize AI models, prompts, workflows, and automations for improved performance and accuracy
• Ensure AI applications follow security, privacy, and data governance best practices
• Create technical documentation and user guides for AI systems
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve AI-powered applications
• Train internal teams on new AI tools and workflows
• Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies
