Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive AI and Data project delivery across teams in the Philippines. You will coordinate plans, track milestones, and manage stakeholder meetings to ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder management, and data reporting, with excellent MS Office skills and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, data science, IT, CS, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Organise meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions; document minutes and action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery of projects.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate matters when needed.
• Maintain project documentation and governance materials for compliance.
• Support planning and execution of organisational initiatives and events.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for decision making.
