Job summary

APPEN SERVICES PHILIPPINES seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI data annotation projects in Cavite, overseeing delivery, quality, and performance. You will drive planning, execution, and client engagement while coordinating a large onsite team for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is advantageous and demonstrates strong project governance.
• Experience in managing AI/Information & Communication Technology projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Data Annotation/AI projects with timely delivery and high performance.
• Manage client relationships to improve satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and oversee project implementation from requirements to delivery.
• Lead onsite teams (up to 200+ members) and foster collaboration.
• Design and implement QA frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Define KPIs and drive incentives to motivate the team and achieve targets.
• Maintain clear communication across global time zones and stakeholders.
• Onboard and mentor new Team Leads; perform other leadership tasks as needed.
