Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with global stakeholders.
3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or brand environment.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience with motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender).
Ability to create digital and social assets for global clients and translate ideas into visuals.

Responsibilities

Support adaptation and localized content for different markets.
Collaborate with Jellyfish Creative teams to align on strategies and goals.
Produce static and motion design assets for multiple digital channels per brand guidelines.
Use AI tools like Pencil Pro to improve design workflows.
Ensure briefs are understood and designs are compatible with social media and digital touchpoints.
Localise designs for different markets while maintaining brand consistency.
