Job summary

ClearSource BPO is seeking an AEO Specialist to join our content and optimization team in a hybrid role based in Pasig, Metro Manila. You will conduct keyword research, draft SEO- and AEO-focused content, and repurpose existing material to scale opportunities across digital platforms.

You will audit AI-generated visibility, implement fixes, and apply best practices for structured data, FAQs, and on-page optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in AEO, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Familiarity with AI search platforms and how generative engines source content.
• Working knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and on-page SEO fundamentals.

AEO Specialist - Hybrid - PH

Key Responsibilities

Content Research & Production

• Conduct keyword, query, and AI-search research to identify relevant topics, search intent, content gaps, and opportunities aligned with ClearSource’s target audiences, services, and industry.
• Draft SEO- and AEO-focused content including articles, website copy, FAQs, Q&As, landing pages, and other digital content for review and refinement by the content team.
• Update and repurpose existing content to expand content opportunities and support a consistent, high-quality content production pipeline.

AEO & Content Optimization

• Audit and monitor ClearSource’s visibility in AI-generated answers and search citations, including brand mentions, source citations, and competitive visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
• Implement content and AEO fixes identified by the team, optimizing content for clarity, relevance, search visibility, and AI extractability.
• Apply AEO best practices such as answer-first writing, FAQ/Q&A formatting, structured content, and other techniques that improve content retrieval and citation by AI search platforms.

Technical & Performance Optimization

• Support the implementation of structured data and schema.org markup in partnership with development and technical stakeholders.
• Track and report on content and AEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to the SEO & Content Strategist and Marketing leadership.
• Stay current on developments in AI search, AEO, and search engine behavior to inform ongoing content optimization and execution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in AEO, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Familiarity with AI search platforms and how generative engines source/cite content
• Working knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and on-page SEO fundamentals
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, or similar
• Strong written English and ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-evolving, still-maturing discipline
