Job summary

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem, shaping the future of digital finance. We are seeking a CS bot product designer to drive planning, design and delivery of our bot management platform, with a focus on using data and AI to boost CS efficiency.

You will work closely with engineering, UI/UX and CS operations to meet product objectives, review KPIs, and translate insights into improvements in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant field.
• Product design experience for CS bot solutions.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Data analysis and user insight skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, delivery and promotion of the CS bot management platform.
• Leverage big data and AI to improve CS operations efficiency (training corpora, SOPs, assistant replies).
• Collaborate with engineering, design and CS operations to achieve product goals.
• Review bot KPIs and user cases to derive insights for improvements.
