Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Automation Technical Architect to design secure, scalable automation solutions using RPA and Agentic AI. You will translate business requirements into detailed technical architecture for engineering teams to implement with minimal redesign.

Responsibilities include converting business process maps, assessing client systems, and defining integrations, data flows, and security controls. Lead architecture workshops and mentor teams on best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into automation workflows.

• Provide technical guidance and mentor engineering teams on architecture best practices.

• Experience designing secure solutions involving data privacy, access controls, encryption, logging, and compliance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and technical presentation skills.
