Job summary

Adventus seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate enterprise workflows across the organization in the Philippines. You will integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure, delivering scalable automation solutions and secure, compliant AI services.

You will develop AI-powered workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, and knowledge retrieval capabilities, while extending Copilot features and ensuring reliability and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/automation development, or enterprise system integration.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered applications for business process automation.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse, Power Platform), SAP (OData, BAPI/RFC, IDoc, SAP BTP), or ServiceNow (REST APIs).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure for deploying and operating AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio for building or extending AI assistants.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#/.NET; ability to build and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based services.
• Experience developing AI-powered solutions such as workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, or automated reporting.
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS and automation tools (Power Automate, SAP Integration Suite, Logic Apps, MuleSoft, n8n, or similar).
• Understanding of security, governance, and compliance requirements for AI solutions handling enterprise data.
• Experience monitoring, testing, and optimizing production systems for performance and reliability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
