Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to design and optimize secure automation workflows across the organization. You will build automation with tools like n8n and AI platforms, connect systems via APIs and webhooks, and develop dashboards while maintaining strong security controls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure proper access management, and add safeguards to minimize data risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Position Overview

• We are looking for an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to help build and improve secure automation workflows across the company. You’ll work with tools such as n8n, Claude, Google Workspace, APIs, and other AI platforms to automate processes, connect systems, and build useful dashboards.
• Security is an important part of the role. You’ll help ensure that automated workflows have the right permissions and safeguards to protect company and client data.

Note: Web development is not the primary focus of this role. The main focus is AI automation, integrations, security, and technical systems support.
