QualityAI is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead planning, coordination, and execution across business, technology, and vendor teams. You will define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and maintain detailed project plans.

You will manage change and release activities, track progress against milestones, run governance meetings, and ensure documentation and approvals are current.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery roles.
• Experience in technology, data, analytics, platform, or systems implementation.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Proven stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
• Experience tracking schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery approaches.
• Proficient with Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, scope definition, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and trackers.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, and vendor teams for timely execution.
• Track progress against milestones and communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and governance sessions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information remains current and accurate.
• Coordinate change/ release activities, testing progress, and go-live readiness.
• Provide regular status reporting and escalation of blockers as needed.
