The AM3 Global Singapore/USA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Pasig, Philippines, to ensure the smooth implementation of Scrum and Agile principles within their team. This role includes managing Scrum teams, facilitating Scrum meetings, and mentoring team members on Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps and experience with various Agile frameworks. Relevant Agile certifications are advantageous, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth implementation of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Remove roadblocks preventing the Scrum team from achieving goals.
• Shield the team to ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Promote Agile practices beyond the team scope.
• Ensure continuous improvement towards organizational goals.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily standups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate dependencies with external teams.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Support and mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile practices.
• Ensure product backlog is well-prepared before each sprint.
• Update the Sprint Burndown Chart daily.
• Lead quality assurance of sprint deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and contract requirements.
