Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proven experience as a Business/Agile/Solutions Analyst in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, Jira and Confluence, and requirements management including user stories and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with SDLC; exposure to finance domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration and workshops.
• Partner with product owners and Scrum teams to prioritize backlogs and align on sprint/release plans.
• Validate requirements, support UAT, resolve defects, and suggest process or customer experience improvements.
