Job summary

Astek Philippines seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deploy production AI systems, with hands-on experience in agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines.
• Strong Python programming with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying AI workloads on Azure and optimizing for performance and cost.
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and Git.
• Implement observability, logging, and evaluation for production systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and consulting teams.
