Job summary

Astek Philippines seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and deploy production AI systems, with hands-on experience in agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, deploy on Azure, and maintain MLOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines.
• Strong Python programming with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying AI workloads on Azure and optimizing for performance and cost.
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and Git.
• Implement observability, logging, and evaluation for production systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and consulting teams.

• 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, and building and deploying production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Lang Graph, LangChain, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
• Solid Python programming with experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
• Deploy, scale, and operate AI workloads on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Kubernetes Service), optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using Docker, CI/CD, and Git for continuous deployment and monitoring of AI services.
• Implement observability, logging, and evaluation to monitor model quality, latency, and drift of agentic systems in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and consulting teams to translate business problems into robust, scalable AI solutions
