Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking an Agency Manager to recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is open nationwide and accommodates both part-time and full-time arrangements.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, with supervisory experience of at least 3 years and a track record of directly managing 5+ people. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in relevant work experience.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial role in a sales-related industry (e.g., real estate, telecom).
• Directly managed at least 5 people.
