Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking an Agency Manager in the Philippines to recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role can be either part-time or full-time and requires strong leadership to guide a growing team. You will oversee at least five advisors, coach through regular trainings, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial roles in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit financial advisors and build a high-performing team.
• Train and motivate financial advisors to meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

As an Agency Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Who are we looking for?

• Individuals who are open to take the role for part-time/full-time

• Must have at least 5 years of working experience

• Holding supervisory or managerial position in other sales industry (e.g., real estate, non-life , telecom and etc.) for at least 3 years

• Directly managing at least 5 people

• Has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
