Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking an Agency Manager in Pili, Camarines Sur. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and motivating a team of financial advisors to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You will lead by example, manage at least five advisors directly, and foster strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive performance and client satisfaction in a dynamic local market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Holding supervisory or managerial position in sales industry for at least 3 years.
• Directly managing at least 5 people.
• Has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
