Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Wealth Acquisitions Manager to attract new-to-bank deposit clients with at least USD 100,000 in assets under management for UnionBank Wealth Management. You will identify client needs, connect them with appropriate banking solutions, and link clients to investment and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/marketing or related field.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
• With an existing client network or portfolio is an advantage.
• Certified in finance-related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank clients for the Wealth Management arm of the bank.
• Refer new clients to the investment team for risk profiling and financial needs analysis.
• Ensure strong controls throughout the entire account opening process.
• Deliver a remarkable experience to clients at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners and operate as a strong team player.
