Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Wealth Acquisitions Manager at UB Square, Eastwood, Quezon City to lead efforts in acquiring new-to-bank deposit clients with assets over USD 100,000. You will identify client needs, align solutions, and coordinate with investment and insurance partners to help clients reach financial goals while maintaining strong controls over the account opening process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Solid sales experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
• Existing client network or portfolio is an advantage.
• Certified in finance-related fields (e.g., Investment, Wealth Management, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank clients for the Wealth Management arm of the bank.
• Refer new clients to the investment team for risk profiling and financial needs analysis.
• Ensure strong controls throughout the entire account opening process.
• Deliver a remarkable experience to clients at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners and operate as a strong team player.
