Job summary

Sun Life in the Philippines is seeking a Client Segment Marketing Specialist to drive engagement and conversions among affluent clients. You will develop targeted communications, create innovative sales tools, and orchestrate client events to build relationships and generate leads.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, 3–5 years of marketing or sales experience in financial services, excellent communication, and strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years in Marketing or Sales in financial services.
• Experience with affluent client market and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly client resell and nurturing communications to affluent clients and distribution channels.
• Create sales tools and materials to drive distributor activities.
• Organize client events to build relationships with Upper Affluent and High Net Worth clients.
• Lead leads nurturing activities to deepen client engagement.
• Track and report results to measure initiative effectiveness.
