Job summary

C'SCOR GLOBAL INTERTRADE CORP. is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to develop and manage programs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces.

You will set KPIs, identify opportunities, recruit partners, and nurture creators to drive measurable growth and sustained performance. A minimum of 2 years in affiliate or digital marketing and a solid grasp of social commerce and analytics will help you thrive. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social commerce and marketplace ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to increase sales through TikTok Shop, Shopee and marketplaces.
• Set KPIs and performance goals aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and emerging marketplace trends.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, creators, and influencers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with top affiliates for sustained performance.
• Provide affiliates with training, updates, briefs, and promotional resources.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, sales, ROI).
• Conduct data analysis to optimize commission structures and campaigns.
• Report on program performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Launch and manage affiliate-driven campaigns and seasonal promotions.
