Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC) Analyst to support project implementation, testing, and data validation for AFC rollouts. You will ensure accurate closing templates, task tracking, and user assistance.

You will also provide ongoing finance system support, monitor closing execution, and help streamline processes with continuous improvement initiatives and new SAP AFC functionalities. This role is based in the Manila area with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Finance systems.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred; experience with financial closing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project & Implementation Support: assist with AFC rollout, develop templates, perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).
• Business Support: provide day-to-day SAP AFC user support, monitor closing execution, maintain task lists and docs.
• Continuous Improvement: support enhancement of AFC processes and adoption of new SAP AFC functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Implementation Support: Support the implementation and rollout of SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC). Develop closing templates, task lists, dependencies, and process variants. Participate in workshops to gather business requirements. Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist with data validation and issue resolution during project phases.
• Business Support: Provide day-to-day support for SAP AFC users. Monitor closing execution and assist in resolving operational issues. Maintain closing task lists and process documentation. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in enhancing existing AFC processes and workflows. Support the adoption of new SAP AFC functionalities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Finance Transformation. Contribute to system upgrades and future rollouts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Finance systems.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Experience with financial closing processes is an advantage.
