Job summary

Bioessence is seeking an Aesthetic Skin Trainer to elevate the technical skills, product knowledge, and treatment expertise across clinic teams. You will develop and deliver training programs, coach staff, and ensure adherence to established treatment protocols and company standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in aesthetics or related field, with proven experience in aesthetic skincare and a flair for teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Skin Care, Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience in aesthetic skincare, beauty, dermatology-related services, spa operations, or similar field.
• Trainer/educator experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training programs on skincare and aesthetic treatments.
• Train therapists and aesthetic staff on techniques, procedures, and service standards.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge training, including benefits and ingredients.
