Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies in Lucena is seeking a full-time Doctor (GP or Dermatologist) to lead client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform advanced aesthetic procedures. The role requires a patient-centric approach, strict adherence to safety protocols, and active collaboration with clinic staff.

Open to General Practitioners with at least six months in beauty/wellness. Willingness to be stationed at SM Lucena is essential, with ongoing client education and care

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Doctor (GP or Dermatologist).
• GPs must have at least six months of experience in beauty/wellness/aesthetics.
• Willing to be assigned to SM Lucena.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and assessments for new and returning clients.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Perform medical aesthetic procedures (injections, peels, mesotherapy, PRP, Botox, fillers, sclerotherapy, glutathione, lasers).
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure procedures comply with safety standards and protocols.
• Monitor and address complications or adverse reactions.
• Educate clients about treatments and aftercare.
• Train clinic staff on procedures and safety.
• Promote additional treatments to support clinic growth.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive client experience.
• Contribute to R&D for new machines and services.

Patient Care

• Conduct consultations and assessments for both new and returning clients.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Perform a range of medical aesthetic procedures, including injections, chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP, Botox, dermal fillers, sclerotherapy, glutathione injections, and laser treatments.

Treatment Management

• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and treatment documentation.

• Ensure all procedures comply with established medical protocols and safety standards.

• Monitor and address any complications or adverse reactions that may arise from treatments.

Client Education

• Educate clients thoroughly about their treatments and available services.

• Provide clear and detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.

Staff Training

• Train clinic staff on proper treatment procedures and assigned responsibilities.

• Ensure staff adherence to safety protocols and client care standards.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain service excellence.

Client Relations

• Promote and recommend additional treatments and services to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to clinic growth.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.

Research and Development

• Contribute to research and development initiatives for new machines, services, and products offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Doctor (open to General Practitioners and Dermatologists).

• General Practitioners must have at least six (6) months of experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.

• Must be willing to be assigned to SM Lucena.
