Job summary

BM Aesthetix in Taguig City, Metro Manila is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our busy aesthetic clinic. This full-time role centers on delivering exceptional patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will assist during consultations and procedures, prepare rooms and equipment, manage appointments, handle patient records, and uphold strict safety and confidentiality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of a medical or healthcare-related course.
• Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or related medical courses are preferred.
• Experience in aesthetic/dermatology/medical clinic or hospital is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and aesthetic practitioners during consultations and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after procedures.
• Welcome and attend to patients throughout their clinic visits.
• Record basic patient information and vital signs when required.
• Assist with patient preparation before treatments.
• Provide basic pre- and post-treatment instructions as directed by the medical team.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms.
• Assist with patient records and clinic documentation.
• Help manage appointments and coordinate patient schedules.
• Monitor and organize clinic supplies and inventory.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality.
• Follow clinic safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
