Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Beauty Therapist to support an aesthetic clinic.

You will welcome patients, assist doctors during treatments, manage appointments and keep records accurate and up-to-date. You will also maintain a clean, organised clinic and handle inquiries, sterilise equipment and provide administrative support to the team. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy; prior clinic or salon experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent Field.
• Prior working experience in aesthetic clinic or salon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly check-in experience.
• Assist doctors during aesthetic treatments and procedures.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with sterilisation of equipment.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to doctors and medical staff.
• Monitor clinic supplies and ensure stock is available for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinic environment.
