Job summary

Cosmetigroup International Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Cebu City to promote beauty products and engage potential clients. The role requires an upbeat personality, strong communication, and the ability to demonstrate products effectively.

You will work on a rotational schedule across assigned locations, delivering product demonstrations and closing sales while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate with 2 years of sales experience.
• Familiar with assertive selling techniques.
• Able to effectively demonstrate and promote beauty products.
• Good communication skills with a pleasing personality and confidence.
• Flexible and willing to work on a rotational schedule and assigned locations.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
• Residing in Cebu City or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups in a professional and inclusive manner.
• Proactively approach and stop potential clients to introduce and discuss company products or services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Present, promote, and sell company products or services using effective and assertive selling techniques.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle sales inquiries, negotiations, and efficiently close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Accurately document sales activities, customer information, and transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations
