PwC Acceleration Center Manila is recruiting an AES Oracle EPM Senior Manager to lead Oracle‑based EPM projects across budgeting, forecasting and consolidation. You will design, implement and optimize solutions for diverse client needs and mentor teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You will drive strategic data analysis, coach colleagues, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high‑quality results and continuous improvement. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

As an AES Oracle EPM Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle‑based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure through challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your strategic advising and problem‑solving skills will be key in driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Utilizing skills in business process analysis and financial planning to enhance client outcomes
• Overseeing the development of performance reports and strategic data analysis to support decision‑making
• Guiding teams through complex problem‑solving and coaching them to deliver quality results
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
