Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks an AES Oracle EPM Senior Manager to lead design and implementation of Oracle-based EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. You will guide teams, collaborate with clients, and coach others to deliver high-impact results.

You will direct training and support for Oracle EPM tools, ensuring seamless integration and improved financial planning processes across client engagements. Excellent English communication is required.

As an AES Oracle EPM Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to elevate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure through challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Your strategic advising and problem-solving skills will be key in driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
