Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Assistant to support daily advertising operations. The role involves downloading and organizing data from advertising accounts, monitoring costs, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, able to follow established processes, and complete tasks independently within deadlines. Working scheduled: Monday–Friday 1:00 AM–8:30 AM (with 1 hour paid break) / 2:30 PM–4:00 PM; Saturday

Responsibilities

• Download and collect daily data from various advertising accounts and platforms.
• Organise and maintain downloaded data in the required format for internal tracking and reporting.
• Monitor advertising costs and ensure figures are recorded accurately.
• Conduct routine administrative tasks based on established procedures and instructions.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure all daily work is completed on time.
