• Provide omnichannel support via calls, email, chat, and messaging with CRM updates.
• Enforce advertising policies with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with sales operations and compliance to improve CX and meet SLAs.

• Complex Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot campaign performance, ad delivery, and account health issues using approved playbooks.
• Omnichannel Support: Provide responsive support via calls, email, chat, and messaging while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply consistent judgment in enforcing advertising policies with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaboration & Quality: Partner with sales operations and compliance teams to improve customer experience and meet service level goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Candidates with 1 Year Ad Sales background or B2B Customer Support
