Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing an online community platform such as Mighty Networks, Circle, or similar.
• Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to produce polished, original long and short-form content (AI may be used as a support tool only, never to write the content).
• Solid background in content research, planning, and publishing.
• Email marketing experience, including writing and sending regular newsletters.
• Graphic design skills for web and social assets using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Confident reading analytics and turning numbers into clear recommendations.
• Significant hands-on experience in a comparable role, not entry level.
• Self-motivated, accurate, and capable of working unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of an online membership community, including onboarding new members and supporting them through the entire member lifecycle
• Research, write, and publish weekly email content featuring travel ideas, gear reviews, destination inspiration, and health and wellness topics
• Conduct competitive and inspirational research that informs the content calendar and community strategy
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain members
• Produce graphic design assets for web pages, branding, logos, and community materials
• Edit photo and video content for community channels and marketing
• Monitor community and content analytics, read performance data, and convert findings into strategy and tactical recommendations
• Coordinate member welcome kits, including sourcing and managing merchandise and fulfillment vendors
• Keep content files, assets, and publishing schedules in order
• Recommend tools and platforms that improve content production and community operations
